Unfortunately Said Jama and Xasan Daahir Weedhsame are no longer able to appear at this event.

The event will now be led by Weedhsame's friend and translator Martin Orwin, the senior lecturer in Somali and Amharic at SOAS, University of London.

He will be joined by UK-based Somali poets. This event includes traditional Somali music with oud players and food.
