Part of the Two African Poets 2010

Corsino Fortes is one of Africa's leading poets, and his poetry maps out a very Cape Verdean odyssey. This lyrical poetry of the Cape Verde islands will be accompanied on stage by Gui Tavares, one of Brazil's hottest new performers, playing music influenced by African rhythm and beats.
