Gaarriye with a group of young poets from Shorefields School at the Bluecoat Arts Centre in Liverpool. The boys read their poems to an audience of 40 people and launched a booklet of their work. Afterwards Gaarriye made a speech saying how impressed he was with their commitment to poetry and he urged them to continue.
