An audience of ninety people came to Norwich Millennium Library to hear two leading Afghan poets, Shakila Azizzada and Reza Mohammadi, read alongside their poet-translators, Mimi Khalvati and Nick Laird. Sarah Maguire read her translations of Partaw Naderi’s poems as, sadly, Partaw was unable to join us for the tour.
