The First Rains of April

[Its] better to busy oneself
Or [to] work on that which will exempt you from the difficult work of love[1]
When one is persuaded by their job/when this occupation takes hold of you, long dead end tunnels can be dug behind short words = when love takes hold of you, you will see symbols and meanings in every word
See the world through the eye of pelicans
learn the language of lizards
or be it a dizzy ant that is taking a sizeable piece up a straight wall
and from all this, his salary (gain) is only
the last winds of the autumn's end and
the first rains of Spring[2]
